Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for an adventure-loving Resort Hospitality Manager (or dynamic management couple) to bring the vibe, the vision, and the vacation magic to an exclusive luxury island resort in stunning, sun-soaked Fiji. If you’ve got salt in your veins, a flair for off-the-grid excellence, and a heart for community and conservation – this one’s calling your name!
💸 Package Details:
Salary: R30,000 (Live-In)
All the perks of island life – sunsets, sea breezes & no traffic jams!
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
30+ years of life experience
10+ years in remote lodge/resort management (this is NOT your average hotel gig!)
Pre-opening experience? Big bonus!
Relevant tertiary education
Top-tier guest experience skills
Strong in all areas of hospitality operations + Property Management Systems (PMS)
Scuba diving qualification & watersport experience = major plus!
Must be comfortable managing a team of 30+
Reporting to the Resort Manager, GM, Group GM & Directors
