📋 What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle email, website, and phone enquiries with efficiency, accuracy, and a dash of charm.
Build meaningful relationships with guests during the booking process.
Resolve guest concerns professionally (and with a smile) or escalate when necessary.
Maintain and update client records – attention to detail is your superpower.
Maximise sales and upsell activities, ensuring every guest’s stay is unforgettable.
Keep the team informed about special guest requests and instructions.
Master the lodge’s unique selling points and all activities on offer – become the go-to expert!
📝 What You’ll Bring to the Table:
A hospitality qualification from a reputable hotel school or similar.
At least 3 years in a reservations/front-of-house role at a 5-star luxury property.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a PMS system like Protel.
Excellent written and spoken English – your communication skills are top-notch.
A knack for problem-solving, staying calm under pressure, and meticulous organisation.
Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
