About the Role:
As part of the RES DESKS department, you’ll play a vital role in managing reservations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle bookings with accuracy and flair!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservations and travel bookings with precision ✈️
Provide exceptional written and verbal communication with guests and partners
Solve problems calmly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
Organise and prioritise tasks to handle multiple bookings simultaneously
Collaborate with team members to enhance the guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Matric; Diploma/Degree preferred 🎓
Previous experience in reservations and travel bookings is essential
Knowledge of booking travel (flights, transfers & stays)
Strong written and verbal English skills
Tech-savvy, computer literate, and financially accurate
People-oriented with a collaborative spirit
Familiarity with database, OTA, and reservation management systems
Exceptional multitasking skills and a quick learner
Working Hours & Location:
This is a full-time position with expected hours from 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, plus some weekends and public holidays.
The role is based in our Franschhoek office, so reliable internet, transport, and flexibility are a must!

Salary will depend on the candidate’s level of skill and experience.
