Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients, crafting unique and personalised experiences through the booking of Singita accommodation and logistics services.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with partner clients, ensuring ongoing loyalty and satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks to create, confirm, and finalise bookings with precision.
• Participate in product training to stay informed about the latest offerings and ensure you are up-to-date on all aspects of Singita’s portfolio.
• Follow up with clients, ensuring deposits and final payments are made in accordance with terms and conditions.
• Provide detailed and accurate itineraries to guests to enhance their experience.
• Stay informed about relevant experiences and offerings within the properties, ensuring guests have the most up-to-date information.

Requirements:

• Experience in the luxury retail travel industry or working in a luxury lodge environment.
• A natural ability to connect with people and provide expert advice.
• Resourceful and able to handle complex bookings with ease.
• Meticulous, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented with a passion for creating seamless guest experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound geographical knowledge of South Africa and the areas where Singita operates.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Curious and passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to staying informed about the latest trends.
