You’ll be the first point of contact for guests — answering queries, locking in bookings, and delivering 5-star service with a smile. It’s all about maximizing revenue while exceeding guest expectations and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
🎯 Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Handling reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and warmth
Keeping records accurate, up-to-date, and organized
Knowing the ins and outs of room types, rates, and hotel policies
Managing modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently
Coordinating with departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
Promoting other hotel services and packages to boost bookings
Ensuring all guest preferences and pre-arrival questions are handled with care
Processing deposits and tracking availability
💡 The Ideal You:
2–3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment
A hospitality qualification is a major plus
Friendly, eloquent, and guest-focused
Strong communication and admin skills
Creative, solution-oriented, and detail-obsessed
Able to stay cool under pressure and work independently
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
Flexibility to work other shifts based on operational needs
