Our client, a prestigious luxury game lodge in Hoedspruit, is seeking a highly organised and professional Reservationist to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to become a key part of a dynamic team in a beautiful setting.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reservations role
Proficiency in ResRequest (or a similar reservations system)
Strong organisational and time management skills
A keen eye for detail, ensuring smooth reservations processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Friendly and professional work ethic
Sober habits – no drugs
Key Responsibilities:
Handling reservation enquiries, bookings, cancellations, confirmations, and deposits
Maintaining up-to-date guest history and ensuring the smooth running of the department
Managing occupancy levels and liaising with other departments to maximise bookings
Processing travel agent vouchers, outstanding documentation, and ensuring adherence to credit policies
Managing waitlists and following up on provisional bookings
Daily reporting to directors and ensuring everything runs smoothly
