About the Role:

As the Reservationist, you will be the friendly face (or voice!) of the property, ensuring guests’ stays start off on the right foot. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing Reservations: Handle bookings with precision and ensure all guest requests are met.
• Guest Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Administration: Maintain accurate records and reports, keeping everything organized and efficient.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office Suite.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
