📌 Minimum Requirements:
🎓 Relevant qualification in hospitality (preferred)
📅 Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous)
💼 Professional & well-groomed with a strong customer service approach
🕒 Reliable & hardworking with a willingness to work hospitality hours (weekends & public holidays)
💻 Computer literate – OPERA software experience is a bonus!
🗣️ Fluent in Afrikaans & English with excellent communication skills
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🏨 Handle hotel room bookings & reservations for guests
📞 Liaise with booking agents & ensure seamless coordination
📍 Conduct site inspections for prospective guests & agents
💬 Communicate effectively with guests & colleagues to enhance the guest experience
📝 Perform general administrative tasks related to reservations
