Reservationist – Elite Group – Cape Town

Kendrick Recruitment are now looking for a Reservationist for a fantastic group of hospitality properties to start ASAP. You will be required to work from Head Office in Cape Town, we are looking for someone who is passionate and organised and is able to offer 5* service to clients of this elite group.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate; Diploma in Hotel Management would be advantageous
• Must have at least 1 years’ experience in hotel reservations
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience at operator level of Property Management System – exposure to Opera advantageous
• Outstanding telephone manner
• Solid English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work occasional weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities include:

• To ensure that guests receive an exceptional guest experience that goes beyond their expectations
• Ensuring that all correspondence with clients reflects the professionalism of the company standard and enhances the relationships with key suppliers
• To ensure that reservations are made and updated accurately, efficiently and comprehensively in accordance with standards.
• To ensure that all reservations related administration and reporting is completed timeously ensuring accuracy and precision in accordance with SOP
