💻What You’ll Be Doing:
Night Owl Duties: Manage the overnight audit process, ensuring all transactions are accurate and ready for the next day’s check-outs.
Guest Relations: Assist late-night guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all their needs are met with the highest level of courtesy and efficiency.
Attention to Detail: Review guest payments and daily reports, balancing cash-ups and ensuring all guest folios are correctly processed.
Emergency Preparedness: Stay sharp and fully aware of emergency procedures, ready to handle any situation with professionalism.
Communication Hub: Act as the point of contact for all reception inquiries, handling emails and liaising with other departments.
🖋️What the Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within hotels, with hands-on experience in Opera.
Organizational Wizard: Excellent organizational skills and a mathematically inclined mindset to manage financial tasks.
Multitasking Master: Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Communication Skills: Strong communicator who can interact effectively with guests and team members.
