🦁 What’s the Role About?
As the Property Reservations Executive, you’ll be the friendly voice behind the reservations desk, ensuring that every guest’s journey begins with exceptional service. You will handle inquiries and bookings with flair, aiming to exceed reservations targets and maximise sales opportunities for this premier safari destination.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Log and respond to enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a swift and professional turnaround.
Provide accurate information on room options, availability, and special packages.
Manage reservations according to company standards and follow up on provisional bookings.
Update and maintain the client database while processing payments and issuing invoices.
Collaborate with lodge operations to resolve any booking issues, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Book Federal Air flights and road transfers for guests, along with special requests and excursions.
🎓 What You’ll Need:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with specific reservations experience in luxury lodges.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language. Proficiency in computer skills and financial awareness is essential.
Behaviour: A proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of customer service.
💰 What’s in it for You?
Salary: R19,000 plus a monthly food allowance of R2,325!
Accommodation: Live-in, furnished accommodation (possible sharing).
