Menu planning, stock control & ordering
Training & Development of the chefs working within the pasty section
Maintaining highest level of hygiene
Support Executive Head Chef & Senior Sous Chef with completion of admin and reports.
Previous 5-star experience
Experience of menu planning, design & costings
Excellent knowledge of food safety, storage & hygiene
Good understanding of nutrition, food allergies restrictions & choices
Good training/ coaching skills
