Position: Personal Assistant

Location: Luxury High-End Hotel, Centurion, Gauteng

Salary: Starting at R25,000 per month

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with a strong background in executive-level support? We are looking for a highly skilled Personal Assistant to join a team at a prestigious luxury high-end hotel in Centurion, Gauteng. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide top-notch administrative support in a dynamic and upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute Manco Reports (Inland and Coastal) and weekly Operations Reports.
  • Collate information from operations for the Friday Director’s Meeting and prepare relevant reports as requested.
  • Manage expense claims and prepare communications on behalf of the manager.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and relay them as needed.
  • Book and coordinate travel and accommodation for team members.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with audit results and coordination, working with General Managers and Heads of Departments.
  • Manage a detailed Operational Calendar for audits and consolidate travel arrangements.
  • Uphold the company’s HITEC culture by ensuring exceptional guest and staff interactions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client, guest, and personnel matters.
  • Ensure professional appearance, conduct, and communication at all times.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with job duties and hours, and maintain high standards of office organization and neatness.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Proven track record of operating at an executive level.
  • Professional business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
