What You’ll Do:
Manage Payroll: Handle the full payroll function for the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely payments for all staff.
System Knowledge: Work with LabourNet and CyberPay to process payroll accurately and efficiently.
Compliance: Ensure all payroll-related activities are compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
Reporting: Prepare and process reports for internal and external purposes, including statutory filings and employee records.
Teamwork: Work closely with the HR department and other teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in payroll administration, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Software Knowledge: Experience with LabourNet and CyberPay is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key – you’ll need to manage large volumes of data with precision.
Communication Skills: Able to liaise with employees at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
Problem Solving: Quick to identify issues and resolve them before they become bigger problems.
Flexible: Open to someone with less experience (title would be Payroll Administrator with a lower salary).
