Join a distinguished golfing, leisure, and lifestyle destination situated in George, at the heart of the Garden Route.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Responsible for supervising and managing all golf operations staff to ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience.
Minimum Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in golf operations.
Proficiency in bookings and point-of-sales systems preferred.
Physical fitness and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Self-managing with high energy and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily golf operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Train and develop golf operations staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Utilize bookings and point-of-sales systems to facilitate smooth operations.
Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
