What’s the Gig?
As an Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless bookings and exceptional client experiences. Partnering with Travel Designers, you’ll manage all the backend magic—from liaising with suppliers to creating flawless itineraries that wow.
Your Mission:
Booking Guru: Secure bookings with suppliers accurately, efficiently, and without a hitch.
Supplier Superhero: Build trust and strong relationships with suppliers and internal sales teams.
Itinerary Extraordinaire: Craft meticulous travel itineraries with all the essential details.
Document Dynamo: Compile and double-check all travel document packs with laser-sharp accuracy.
Reconfirmation Rockstar: Ensure all services are reconfirmed with suppliers to perfection.
About You
Qualifications:
Matric certificate (Maths a must!)
Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality.
Experience:
Entry-level experience in a junior role.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, email, and internet skills.
A solid grasp of Southern or East African destinations.
Skills:
Top-notch communication skills (English – written and oral).
Bonus points for foreign language skills!
