As the Operations Manager, you’ll:

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in a senior operational role, ideally within a luxury lodge or hospitality setting.
• Leadership: Exceptional management and team-building skills.
• Personality: Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Live-In: Must be open to living on-site at the lodge.
