Key Performance Objectives:
- Hotel Ambassador:

- Engage in constructive feedback and training opportunities
- Ensure vigilance in health, safety, and security, and report any risks

- Team Management:
- Maintain a constant floor presence during peak times, interacting positively with staff and guests
- Complete 1:1s and appraisals on time, supporting team performance and retention
- Support team development through on-the-job training and coaching
- Apply performance management tools to support and correct staff
- Manage staff rosters efficiently to balance guest service standards and labor costs
- Recommend and implement policy updates to maintain high standards
- Night Operations:
- Take ownership of night-time hotel operations, ensuring all departments meet objectives
- Handle night-time administrative duties with accuracy and in accordance with SOPs
- Ensure safety and security of the hotel, staff, guests, and property
- Provide a welcoming “Yes, I can” experience for guests
- Communicate relevant information to the day team accurately and promptly
