Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the Group Executive Chef to deliver outstanding culinary experiences for guests and staff
Ensuring the kitchen provides top-tier food service to elevate guest satisfaction
Leading the cooking brigade, overseeing junior chefs, and ensuring seamless, quality meal service
Efficiently managing produce, stocks, and supplies to minimize waste and enhance efficiency
Assisting in creating and evolving special offerings, such as themed evenings and tasting menus
Supervising and producing dietary-specific and allergen-free dishes
Contributing to budget management and planning
Proactively preparing for baking and food production requirements
Familiarizing yourself with policies and procedures to support their implementation
Maintaining accurate stock counts and entering data into systems
Providing general support and guidance to department staff
Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence
Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet guest needs
Additionally, in the absence of the Group Executive Chef, you will be fully responsible for:

Ensuring kitchen staffing meets operational requirements
Managing local purchases, recording payments, and maintaining supplier relationships
Handling collation and submission of invoices
Entering purchase data into computerized systems
Conducting daily menu meetings with the hosting team
Compiling accurate and appealing descriptions for daily menus
