About the Role

As a Mixologist, you will be at the forefront of our beverage program, combining artistry, creativity, and expertise to deliver unforgettable drinks tailored to our guests’ preferences. From crafting classic cocktails to experimenting with modern mixology techniques, your role will elevate the bar experience to a whole new level.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a diverse range of signature cocktails and mocktails, personalized to meet guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared with precision and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including equipment and glassware.
• Monitor inventory levels of all beverages and manage restocking as needed.
• Stay informed on current mixology trends, introducing innovative drink concepts to the menu.
• Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, offering recommendations and tailoring their beverage experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to design food and beverage pairings for special events and themed evenings.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end establishment.
• Expertise in modern mixology techniques such as spherification, smoking, flavoring, foaming, clarification, and infusion.
• Strong creativity and an eye for detail in crafting visually stunning drink presentations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, their characteristics, and pairings.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems is an advantage.
• Must meet the legal drinking age and hold valid certification for responsible alcohol service.
