Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Receptionist/Back-up Spa Therapist for a luxury day spa in Midrand. Joining the spa team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Location: Midrand, GP
Salary: R13,000 – R15,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Handle reception duties efficiently, including bookings and inquiries
Provide backup support as a Spa Therapist when required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the reception area
Assist with inventory management and stock control
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or spa therapist role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
Flexibility to assist with spa treatments as needed
Knowledge of basic computer software for administrative tasks
Certification in spa therapy or related field is advantageous
