👩🏫 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the entire school community in alignment with the school’s mission and values 🌐🤝
Take charge of professional and operational matters, ensuring the delivery of exceptional education from Pre-Primary to College 🏫📚
Oversee the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum 🌐🔍
Manage school staff, admissions, disciplinary matters, and student issues 💼👩🎓

Motivate and develop the school staff, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment 🌈👥
🎓 Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education or related field 🎓
10 years’ teaching experience, with a minimum of 5 years in educational leadership 🍎🏫
Proven track record in successful school management, preferably in primary and/or college settings 📈🏫
In-depth knowledge of Pre-Primary, Primary, and College education 📚💡
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🗣🤝
Experience in international education, specifically Cambridge International Assessment 🌐🌍
