📢 Marketing Management:
✅ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and budgets
✅ Enhance brand visibility and manage brand identity
✅ Build and maintain media relationships and coordinate media trips
✅ Represent the company at local and international trade shows
✅ Oversee and execute digital marketing strategies and website management
📈 Sales Management:
✅ Build and maintain relationships with DMCs, tour operators, and travel agents
✅ Implement digital sales strategies and conduct market research & competitor analysis
✅ Organize and host educational tours and events for trade partners
✅ Manage contracting, rate structures, and trade presentations
✅ Strengthen relationships with product managers and coordinate weddings & events
✅ Resolve guest and partner issues professionally
✅ Work closely with external representation agencies
📊 Administrative Duties:
✅ Oversee financial management, working closely with the bookkeeper
✅ Manage the reservations team to ensure accuracy in invoicing, refunds, and payments
✅ Generate sales and guest demographic reports
✅ Develop accurate sales projections and forecasts
✅ Maintain memberships with key industry associations
