💼 Salary: Competitive, based on experience (Live-In Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring smooth and efficient management
Staff Management: Lead a team of 7 employees, including managing schedules and handling administrative tasks
Administrative Duties: Manage stock orders, maintenance, and other essential administrative functions
Housekeeping Oversight: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the camp
Maintenance: Address and manage property maintenance issues without the need for a daily drive to town
Guest Services: Facilitate a seamless self-check-in process and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in managing luxury lodges or tented camps, with a strong background in similar roles
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Hazyview area is highly desirable
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage staff and operations
Maintenance Skills: Practical knowledge of maintenance and property management
Flexibility: Willingness to work a 2-week on, 1-week off schedule and live on-site
Family Friendly: Open to candidates with children and/or pets
