🏕 Key Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance: Oversee general maintenance across the lodge, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
Team Management: Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Preventative Maintenance: Set up and manage a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure the lodge runs smoothly without any interruptions.
Inventory Control: Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and ensure the lodge is always well-stocked with essential equipment.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure that the lodge complies with safety regulations, and implement safety protocols to protect both guests and staff.
Guest Experience: Ensure all aspects of the lodge are in perfect working order, contributing to a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with lodge management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and handle any emergency maintenance issues that arise.

Experience: Proven experience in maintenance management within the hospitality industry, ideally in luxury lodges or hotels.
