Your role is to ensure the flawless operation of our entire kitchen department, maintaining impeccable standards in all areas. Collaborating with the Executive Chef, you’ll oversee staff training and motivation to deliver top-tier service. With a commitment to excellence, you’ll craft daily culinary creations while maintaining cost controls, trend-setting menus, and upholding high standards.
Collaborate with the Junior Sous Chef and, in the absence of the Executive Chef, plan rotas for optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
