About the Role:

As the Lodge Operations Co-Ordinator, you will oversee the seamless operations of the lodge, ensuring that every guest experiences the ultimate in comfort and luxury. From supervising housekeeping to coordinating maintenance and managing guest services, your role will be crucial in maintaining the lodge’s high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–5 years in housekeeping and maintenance within 5-star properties, with proven experience using reservation systems.
• Education: A relevant degree or diploma to back up your expertise.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a knack for leadership. Bilingual communication is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Coordination: Ensure the cleanliness of general areas and guest rooms while supervising housekeeping staff.
• Maintenance Coordination: Prioritize and plan maintenance projects, ensuring materials are on hand for all tasks.
• Guest Services: Handle check-in/check-out procedures, upsell packages, and promote lodge activities with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Administrative Support: Keep track of reservations and communicate any changes or special requests across departments.
