What You Bring:

• Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 6 years in a management role within a five-star hotel or world-class lodge.
• Service Passion: A deep commitment to service excellence and an understanding of Food & Beverage operations.
• Financial Savvy: Strong financial management skills, including stock control and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional communication abilities; a second language is a bonus!
• Leadership Qualities: Ability to motivate and develop staff while maintaining a cooperative and hardworking atmosphere.
