Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring seamless and exceptional guest service.
Managing all departments, including front of house, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance.
Building and leading a motivated, professional team.
Handling reservations, guest relations, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Managing budgets, stock control, and operational logistics.
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
What We’re Looking For:
A couple with prior experience managing luxury lodges, camps, or boutique properties.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to work as a team.
A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and creating memorable experiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with one partner ideally strong in admin/finance and the other in guest relations/operations.
Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a remote, safari-style environment.
