Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Oversee and nurture the lodge team with skill development, performance management, and morale-boosting.
Operations & Standards: Maintain exceptional standards in housekeeping, gardening, and maintenance. Oversee the daily administration of concierge and reception.
Sustainability: Support conservation efforts by driving eco-friendly practices and upholding the lodgeβs sustainability goals.
Financial Savvy: Manage budgets, orders, and stock control with keen attention to detail.
Strategic Planning: Lead and implement strategic management plans, contributing to the lodgeβs long-term vision and goals.
What You Bring to the Lodge:
Experience: 6+ years in a management role in a five-star lodge or luxury hotel.
Service Excellence: A genuine passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.
Food & Beverage Expertise: Strong knowledge of F&B operations, dietaries, and allergies.
Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, stock, and financial records with accuracy.
Exceptional Communication: Fluent English (a second language is a plus), with strong people and organisational skills.
Hands-On Skills: Experience with housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative functions.
Leadership: A developmental approach to team management and an understanding of labour laws.
