Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a new challenge in the lodge industry? Kendrick Recruitment are currently seeking a Lodge Anchor to join a luxury lodge based in the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality industry
Knowledge and experience of overall lodge operations
Background in Food and Beverage is beneficial
Well-spoken and groomed individual
Self-motivated and a team player
Stable employment history
Responsibilities:
Oversee the Food and Beverage department, including venues
Directly supervise 2 Junior Lodge Anchors
Ensure that lodge standard operating procedures are maintained at the highest level
Manage guest relations and dining venues

3 weeks on, 1 week off work schedule
