Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for a dedicated Lodge Anchor to join an exclusive luxury lodge in the iconic Sabi Sands Reserve. If you’re passionate about hospitality, have a knack for housekeeping, and love working in a pristine wilderness, this role is calling your name!
Role Overview
As a Lodge Anchor, you’ll lead the charge in housekeeping with a focus on delivering excellence in every detail. You’ll ensure our lodge’s presentation and guest experience are nothing short of outstanding while collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals!
Primary Responsibilities
Housekeeping: Manage laundry and housekeeping stock levels, conduct linen quality checks, oversee storeroom organisation, and maintain impeccable public areas 🛏️
Budget Control: Handle budget and par levels for housekeeping with accuracy 💵
Guest Relations: Host guests for meals, provide daily courtesy calls, assist with check-ins, check-outs, and support early departures and late arrivals 🍽️
Secondary Duties
Step in to support Front Office operations, service in dining areas, and guest management when other Lodge Anchors are off duty.
