Responsibilities:
Create and execute a menu inspired by global cultures, focusing on bold and smoky grills.
Show expertise in handling charcoal grills and mastering the art of grilling techniques.
Develop innovative recipes that showcase the use of wood and charcoal for exceptional flavours.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently met.
Collaborate with the management team to curate a diverse and enticing menu.
Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team to maintain consistency and excellence.
Monitor and manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations efficiently.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organised kitchen.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or similar role in a reputable brasserie or grill restaurant.
