Our client is currently seeking a Relief HR Administrator to join their team on a live-in basis, offering meals, accommodation, uniform, medical aid, and provident fund benefits.

Position Overview:
As the Relief HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function within the Kruger National Park. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administration. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work in a breathtaking natural environment while contributing to the success of our client’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist with performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
Assist with payroll administration and processing.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with organisational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role within the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and legislation.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
