Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a dynamic kitchen manager with an exceptional palate for a vibey tapas restaurant in Knysna.
The kitchen manager will be responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area, hiring of staff, purchase food and stock, menu planning and making sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques.
Must work well under pressure and have 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position.
