Role Overview: As the Executive Chef at this luxury Camp, you’ll lead daily culinary operations, inspiring excellence within the team. You’ll manage budgets, align menus with quality standards, and elevate guest experiences, all while adhering to health, safety, and sustainability protocols.
Lead and mentor the culinary team with professionalism.
Manage budgets and financial controls effectively.
Collaborate with the Regional Executive Chef to ensure menu alignment.
Ensure health, safety, and COVID-19 protocols are followed.
Champion sustainability goals and drive improvements.
Oversee staff uniform orders, canteen operations, and stock takes.
Foster seamless communication between departments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven track record in culinary leadership.
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Passion for delivering remarkable guest experiences.
Previous experience in high-end lodges or hotels.
