Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a strong Sous Chef for an incredible luxury 5* lodge based in the Kalahari! This Sous Chef should be able to step in for the Head Chef in their absence and confidently run the kitchen team.
We are needing someone who can work under pressure and an adaptive leader. Someone with a learning mindset, strong EQ and strong admin skill. A team player whilst also leading the kitchen and turning some delicious fresh ingredients into fine dining plating. Strong purchasing and costing skills are also a must for the candidate.
Requirements:
Driver licence (non-negotiable)
Culinary Qualifications
Communicate in Afrikaans and English
