Someone with a learning mindset, strong EQ and strong admin skill. A team player whilst also leading the kitchen and turning some delicious fresh ingredients into fine dining plating. Strong purchasing and costing skills are also a must for the candidate.
Requirements:
Driver licence (non-negotiable)
Culinary Qualifications
Communicate in Afrikaans and English
