💰 Salary: R14,500 per month
🗺️ Be part of a top-tier travel team crafting unforgettable itineraries
📅 Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00, with rotational weekend emergency duty
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Drafting custom & private tour itineraries and handling logistics
✔️ Managing supplier correspondence – availability, quotes, and invoices
✔️ Ensuring seamless guest information management and documentation
✔️ Overseeing costing & quotations for luxury travel experiences
✔️ Assisting with invoices and accounts coordination
What you’ll need:
✔️ Strong organisational and time management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & itinerary management systems
✔️ 1-3 years’ experience in the travel industry is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate
