Junior Social Media Specialist – Luxury Hotel & Lodge Group | Bryanston
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Junior Social Media Specialist for a leading luxury hotel and lodge group based in Bryanston. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in luxury hospitality and a strong understanding of digital engagement and brand presence.
Salary & Benefits:
R25,000 per month
Live-out position
Office-based in Bryanston
5% provident fund (compulsory)
Must have a valid South African ID
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, create, and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms
Monitor audience engagement and social media analytics to drive campaign performance
Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all channels
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Respond to guest feedback and interact with online communities professionally and efficiently
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
Collaborate with in-house teams to gather content, plan shoots, and ensure accurate messaging
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or lodge environment
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms
Proficiency in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic graphic design or video editing skills are advantageous
Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple accounts
