Key Focus Areas:

Content Curation: Develop, curate, and schedule content, including text, images, and videos. Collaborate with content and copywriting teams to maintain brand consistency.
Community Engagement: Stimulate conversations by responding to comments and queries promptly. Encourage user-generated content and build relationships with customers, influencers, and industry professionals.
Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor feedback, online reviews, and social media conversations. Stay updated on industry trends, analyze social media metrics, and report insights to optimize strategies.
Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:
Qualification in Social Media Marketing (advantageous)
3-5 years of proven experience in growing social media audiences
Consistent brand understanding and implementation
Engaging communication skills, fostering community and stimulating conversations
Emotional intelligence and tactful communication
Analytical mindset, proficient in social media metrics analysis
Decisiveness with good judgment, especially under pressure
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional command of written English
