Team Leadership: Actively lead and motivate a team of Travel Specialists.
Regional Sales Support: Contribute to the success of Direct Sales activities in various regions.
Achieve Sales Targets: Aggressively pursue and exceed direct sales targets set by the Group Sales Manager – Direct.
Optimise Performance: Maximise team performance through training, feedback, and quality assurance.
Streamline Operations: Enhance and simplify day-to-day operations for increased efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Provide regular feedback and support to team members for their growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with other Sales Operations Managers and the Direct Administrative Assistant to create a cohesive team.
Initiatives and Campaigns: Implement ad-hoc sales initiatives and campaigns to drive business focus areas.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook with strong Excel skills.
A Travel and Tourism Diploma or Industry Experience.
Knowledge of relevant tools and social media platforms is advantageous.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong problem-solving skills and market knowledge.
Time management, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
Previous experience in reservations and B2C sales is advantageous.
