Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for unraveling market trends? Kendrick Recruitment, on behalf of our esteemed client, is in search of a dedicated Revenue Analyst. This role encompasses a variety of critical responsibilities designed to shape pricing strategies and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Historical & Current Data Analysis: Delve into occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) trends to provide valuable insights, empowering management with informed pricing strategies.

Market Analysis & Segmentation: Conduct in-depth market analysis, identify trends, and segment markets based on demographics and behaviors. These insights guide strategic pricing decisions.

Competitor Analysis: Thoroughly analyze competitors, uncovering opportunities and threats. Evaluate factors like pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies to enhance offerings and attract more guests.

Customer Behavior Analysis: Examine booking patterns, length of stay, and spending habits. These analyses illuminate customer behaviors, enabling strategic decisions on pricing and sales strategies.

Contracts: Conduct research for annual and quarterly rate updates. Compare and reassess contract terms, ensuring favorable conditions. Manage group series rates and specific terms and conditions.

Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting: Create detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, aiding management decisions. Prepare forecasts and budget reports for insightful decision-making.

Accommodation Revenue and Systems Management: Oversee property-specific budgets and debtors reconciliation. Manage system reporting, linking reservations data for streamlined insights and maintenance.
