Current System: Utilizing Room Racoon, transitioning to Semper in February.
Role Overview:
As the Central Reservations Manager, you will be at the helm of a dynamic team, overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to the seamless migration to the Semper system in February.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the reservations team.
Ensure efficient operations and exceptional service standards.
Contribute to the successful migration to the Semper system.
Collaborate with team members for a smooth transition.
Uphold a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in reservations management.
Familiarity with Room Racoon and experience transitioning to Semper (preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
Salary:
Competitive salary in the range of R20,000 to R25,000 per month.
