Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the hotel attracts and retains top talent.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
Handle employee performance management, helping staff reach their potential.
Work closely with management to drive organizational effectiveness and support employee well-being.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Proven HR experience, ideally in a hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong leadership presence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
