🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
✅ Support performance management processes, guiding managers and employees
✅ Oversee training & development programs, including WSP & ATR submissions
✅ Ensure compliance with Employment Equity and other statutory requirements
✅ Manage the recruitment & selection process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
✅ Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
✅ Provide disciplinary process support and manage HR-related administration
✅ Assist with Health & Safety administration and COIDA management
✅ Monitor and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures
✅ Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions
🎯 Minimum Requirements:
✔ Degree in Human Resource Management
✔ 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
✔ Fluency in Afrikaans & English (written & verbal)
✔ Proven experience in WSP/ATR submissions & Employment Equity reporting (advantageous)
✔ Strong knowledge of Labour Law & HR compliance
✔ Experience with SAGE 300 People (advantageous)
✔ Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships across all levels
✔ Exceptional organizational & time management skills – ability to multitask under pressure
✔ Own transport required
