📌 Minimum Requirements:
🎓 Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
📅 3–5 years of HR experience in a similar role
🗣️ Fluent in Afrikaans & English (excellent written & verbal communication)
📋 WSP/ATR submissions & Employment Equity reporting experience (advantageous)
🤝 Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills
🎯 Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
⚖️ In-depth knowledge of Labour Law & HR compliance
🖥️ Experience with SAGE 300 People (advantageous)
🚗 Own transport required

✅ Implement HR strategies & initiatives aligned with business objectives
📊 Assist with performance management and provide support to managers & employees
📚 Oversee training & development programmes, including WSP & ATR submissions
📑 Ensure compliance with Employment Equity and other HR statutory requirements
📝 Support the recruitment & onboarding process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
⚖️ Assist with disciplinary processes & employee relations matters professionally
🩺 Manage Health & Safety administration & ECOIDA compliance
