Qualifications Required:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
Experience:
Chef Experience in a similar environment (five-star lodge)
Proven expertise in preparing fine dining five-star cuisine, including special requirements such as kosher food
Package:
Competitive salary: R20,000 – R25,000, negotiable based on qualification, experience, and references
Accommodation provided
Delectable meals provided while on duty
6 weeks on, 14 days off work cycle
15 days of annual leave
