Within this business, based in Hoedspruit you will be key in managing B2B accounts and drive operational excellence in to the safari industry.
Position: Senior Account Manager
Location: Hoedspruit, Limpopo
Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 (Negotiable based on Experience)
Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
What You’ll Do:
Account Management: Oversee and nurture key B2B retail accounts, serving as the primary liaison for our lodge partners.
Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing queries, providing updates, and resolving concerns.
Sales Operations: Process and create B2B sales orders, handle invoices, and ensure timely payment and delivery.
Consultancy: Offer expert advice to clients on orders and product selections, ensuring a seamless ordering process.
Distribution Coordination: Work with admin and store teams to manage product distribution, site visits, and merchandising.
Travel: Conduct site visits for restocking, merchandising, and styling, as required.
What You’ll Need:
Education: Matric is essential; tertiary qualification preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail is advantageous but not essential.
Skills: Excellent English communication (written and verbal), strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
Additional Qualities: Interest in African design and interiors is a bonus. Knowledge of Canva design software is an advantage.
Other Requirements: South African citizen or valid work permit, valid driver’s license, and own transport.
