- Education: Possession of a B Com Accounting degree or similar qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Financial Controller in a 100+ key hotel setting, with opening experience considered a valuable advantage.
- Skills: High proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, Property Management Systems (PMS), and materials control software packages. A comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and procedures is essential.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with exceptional analytical and organisational skills.
- Language: Fluent in English, both oral and written communication.
