Key Requirements:

  • Education: Possession of a B Com Accounting degree or similar qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Financial Controller in a 100+ key hotel setting, with opening experience considered a valuable advantage.
  • Skills: High proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, Property Management Systems (PMS), and materials control software packages. A comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and procedures is essential.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with exceptional analytical and organisational skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English, both oral and written communication.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Financial Controller, you will be entrusted with a pivotal role. You will be responsible for budgets and forecasts, overseeing their compilation, review, and presentation.
